Principal Message

Welcome to Eaton Elementary School

My name is Chia-Ching Lin, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Eaton Elementary School. On behalf of our dedicated staff, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our students, families, and community members.

As an educator and school leader, I believe that every child deserves to feel welcomed, connected, and valued. At Eaton, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where students are challenged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Our staff works collaboratively to ensure that every student is supported and empowered to reach their full potential.

Through our school-wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework, we foster a culture where students learn the importance of being safe, respectful, and responsible. We also strive to develop future-ready learners who are critical thinkers, effective communicators, inclusive collaborators, resilient learners, inspired creators, and global contributors.

Strong partnerships between school and home are essential to student success. I encourage families to become active members of our school community through the Eaton PTO, volunteer opportunities, and participation in school events. Together, we can create meaningful experiences that enrich our students' educational journey.

At Eaton, we celebrate the unique strengths, talents, and backgrounds that each child brings to our community. We are committed to ensuring that every student experiences a sense of belonging, joy in learning, and opportunities for success.

This website serves as a resource for information about our school programs, events, and services. Throughout the year, families will also receive regular updates through ParentSquare and our school newsletter, The Eagle Eye. If you have questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our office or reach out to me directly.

I look forward to partnering with our students, staff, and families as we continue to build a thriving learning community where every child can soar.
Warmly,
Chia-Ching Lin
